I post my least favorite commercials here (2 Viewers)

The VW car spots with the 3 old bags from Jersey are quite annoying.

It's the rear end event

It's year end event

rear end!

year end!

Tripadvisor commercial with the dog that barks "book."

I've never wanted to punt a dog more in my life. Makes me want to convert to a cat person.

Why is Nissan so proud of the fact that the Altima is marginally faster than a school bus?

Is there a reason why Dax Sheppard and Kristen Bell need to live out their lives in front of us via Samsung commercials?

I don't trust the new Colonel Sanders
Ah the colonel, with his wee beedie eyes.
"Best known for his Bill Clinton impersonation, Darrell Hammond is both the oldest ever Saturday Night Live cast member, as well as longest tenured, having left the show in 2011 before returning as an announcer in 2014 shortly after Don Pardo passed away. Hammond has never had much luck outside of SNL, which is why it’s probably a big deal that KFC has cast him as Colonel Sanders."
...and he's being replaced.

KFC Replaces Darrell Hammond With Norm Macdonald, Creepy Colonel Sanders Is No More

Kentucky Fried Chicken television commercials featuring Darrell Hammond as the iconic Colonel Sanders are short lived, as KFC has issued a press release stating Norm Macdonald will take his place in future commercials.

The announcement came on Monday after KFC issued a press release on their website, stating that Norm Macdonald would become the new Colonel. Kevin Hochman, the chief marketing officer for KFC United States, shared why Norm Macdonald was the chosen actor.
“Other than not quite looking like him, his voice being different, and his inability to cook the world’s best chicken, we thought Norm was the perfect choice to play the Real Colonel. I think the fans will agree.”

The change comes after KFC attempts to bring in sales by reintroducing their iconic Colonel Sanders with a comedic twist, hoping to appeal to a new audience. The attempt to use Darrell Hammond turned out more creepy and less funny, which pleased CEO Greg Creed, according to Fox News. The Hammond version of the the Colonel brought awareness to the KFC ads and allows Norm Macdonald to usher in a new era of commercials.

According to Us Weekly, Norm Macdonald is set to portray the “real” Colonel Sanders, prepared to take back his identity after a celebrity impostor (Hammond) took it over.

“It’s come to my attention that there’s an imposter Colonel out there. He’s trying to be me. That’s crazy. They can’t just grab some super funny Hollywood actor, throw a white suit on him, and try to pass him off as the real Colonel Sanders. And I should know, because I am Colonel Sanders.”

The new commercials will advertise “eight pieces of the Colonel’s Original Recipe® chicken, two large orders of mashed potatoes and gravy, one large coleslaw, and four biscuits – all for just $20,” in a less creepy manner than Hammond’s version of the Colonel.

There is no word on whether future commercials will pit Hammond and Macdonald against each other in a Colonel Sanders war.

The new commercials aim to bring humor to the Colonel Sanders role and make him represent the real Sanders as a kind gentleman that is true to the original. It remains to be seen how Macdonald will relate to viewers in comparison to Hammond, or if he will meet the same fate as Hammond.

Which do you prefer, the creepy Colonel Sanders played by Hammond, or Norm Macdonald’s version of the Colonel?

The new commercial with 2 cages, one aluminum and one steel and they tell the person they are releasing a bear and they should pick one cage to hide in. Then when they pick the steel cage they reveal what else is made of steel so wouldnt want our car?

And of course they had the teasers with the growling bear asking to you wait and see what they are doing.
So dumb.

This NFL GameDay commercial on NFL Network. When they turn to Deion and he goes "it was one time". Supposed to be a semi-serious line, says it with his stupid smile the whole time.

any draft king or fanduel commercial.......

but, recently, I have seen some commercial with some fat slob slothed on his couch eating ice cream while his dog stares out the window on a nice day barking at another dog getting a walk. our fat slob in question decides to taunt the dog and lower his blinds remotely (maybe this is what is being advertised?). then, the dog is on the couch with our slob, while still being taunted that he wont get any ice cream. take the ####### dog for a walk......god, I'd love to punch this guy in the spleen.l

DEE-NIED!

I am pretty much done with fan duel and whatever the other one is. One of them had a commercial every single break during the pre game shows this morning.

Guess what bear cages are made out of? Aluminum.

Chevy is also working on their aluminum pick up trucks - they are just a couple years behind Ford. - Link

There is a car ad when some young guy leaves work early and everyone looks out their window as he drives away. I do not like this commercial.

:goodposting:

not just on pre-game in NYC. it's on every commercial break for our local 24 hour news channel (NY1) and was on pretty much every station, every commercial break, I watched over the weekend- including soccer games. :loco:
