I like rooting for the underdog and have always liked the Seahawks since the Largent days. They're sort of the forgotten team up there in the NW so I like it when they do well and have been pulling Holmgren to turn the team around.

 
I want Seattle to win because I am sick and tired of hearing about "The Bus".BTW...gotta love the smoo option though.

 
I've picked the Seahawks to win the Superbowl EVERY YEAR. I want to be right. ANd I've taken too much pummeling from every fan who says at least we've been to the SB. And from true and bandwagon Steeler fans. #### it, I WANT THE WIN. Seahawks FOREVER!!!

 
I want the Seahawks to win the Super Bowl because I like rooting for the underdog. Since that wasn't an option, I had to choose the bandwagon one.

 
In dedication to the threadmaster here, I'm rooting for the Seahawks because if they lose, I have to do this to make good on the bet.

I want the Seahawks to win because I have had Shaun Alexander on my team the past four seasons...........I really really want Alexander to leave the game healthy and with a new contract.

 
I want the Steelers to win, because I live in PA now and my Patriots are out of it. They have been real close the last few years, and finally made it over the hump to be back in the Big Game. After watching every down of every game since 1982 the Seahawks owe me a win in the Super Bowl. I'm entitled.

 
I want Seattle to win the Super Bowl because Matty Hasselbeck is a graduate from the same high school in which I am a senior at now.

I don't see why Smoo is not running away with this poll.However the Stillerz are what football is all about and I don't think the Sehawks have a snowballs chance in a inferno to win this game. They are not ready and Ben is money.meh.

I grew up a Skins fan and now the Panthers are here, so if the Hawks win I can claim my teams are tied as the second best teams in the NFL.

 
Where is "I want Steelers because I have money on them".  Best way to make a dull superbowl more exciting.  :bye:

I was thinking the same thing. We should have a choice of "Seahawks - Or Pittsburgh but not by more than 4 points".I like the matchup and am looking forward to the game. But just to make it more exciting, I made of bunch of wagers on such nonsense as "Will Burger King score a TD in the game," and how long JJ's first reception will be.

Rooting for the Steelers because, though I've always been a Broncos fan, I went to college in Pittsburgh and love the city.Not an option so I picked "bandwagon".

I didnt vote for Smoo because i don't know what that means. Inside joke of somekind or am i missing something simple?
 
I like the Steelers but don't want them to win for several reasons.

1. The Seahawks have been one of my favorite teams since I was a kid, behind the Bears and the Colts (since they were in Baltimore). Seattle comes in third. Always liked them.

2. My good friend is from Pittsburgh and if they win I will not hear the end of it for a year. It will make every round of golf we play a nightmare. :yucky:

3. I have DJax, Jurevicius, Stevens and Josh Brown on my FF team. Everytime they score I want to say, "That's my guy". ;)

 
I want Seattle to win because my family is from Seattle and I have a cousin who is a SeaGal. They were also my favorite team as a kid. If I hadn't been on the East Coast since 1985 they would still be my favorite team.
