I mostly agree with the above poster.  Bilal is, at this point, worth more than Rawls for the reasons above.  So a straight up trade is not in your best interest.

No. The Jets will suck, but Powell >>> Rawls. 

Starting RB for a backup? Why would you even consider that? I'd melt my keyboard rejecting that so fast.

Given the murky picture in Seattle as to really not knowing who the starter will end up being (and who it could be week to week) but also on who will get the most playing playing time in that committee they have, Powell is clearly the safer player to own-with or without Forte on the roster.

Not a chance. Bilal isn't a sexy name but he's the clear lead back and even in .5 PPR should be a solid rb2. Who knows how that Seattle backfield will shake out (could be Lacy, Rawls, prosise or Carson and likely a combination of the 4).
