right now I am thinking of offense with first two picks, Leinart @ 1.2, then hope for LenDale at 1.7. When would you start taking IDPs?

WR: Matt Jones

TE: Ben Watson, Z. Hilton

DB: Clements, Milloy, S. Knight, S. Taylor, I. Taylor, Dunta Robinson. S Spencer, Archuleta, T. Kiel, S & A Rolle

DL/LB: D. Brooks, A. Thomas, Briggs, J. Peterson (SEA), C. Crowder, D. Pollack

S. Taylor for Washington would be a great pickup at Safety. If you could get Hawk at 1.7 take him, otherwise wait.

so what strategy would you recommend as far as when to target IDPs? Thinking of using both 6th rounders on DBs.

You give the starting lineup but not the roster size allowed or number of teams in the league. Based on only 6 IDP starters I would tend to lean toward offense with the first 3 picks since useful IDP on FA would be more plentiful. The only thing that would change that is if no defensive players were taken by then.

Sorry bout that. This is a 12-teamer, starts 2 QBs, 2 Rbs, 3 WRs, TE, K, 2DB, 2DL/LB, 2 D-flex. Scoring is above. Total roster is 25 players, 7 round rookie draft

Not Lendale but I did take him over Davis and Leinart. My QB's were fine and my LB'ers weren't.

So true. Been doing that with the Saints and Carolina and will keep one or two on each team.

I'd just pick the best of the rookie RBs left. I'd also see if you can trade and get the 1.06 for a reasonable price.

Matt JOnes after the RB has to get consideration. I dont even worry about D. Starting 6 makes them useless imo and something I would not worry about. Probably do okay just getting D off of waivers with what you have. I would probably out of 25 guys only carry 8 D also.

I pick again at 3.11 and then not again until 5.11, so basically I am going with BPA regardless of need. If a good TE is there I will consider it, but I really need a wideout.

I can reasonably expect Holmes, Moss, and prolly Jennings to be gone by then.

Also, Adalius Thomas is there on FA and he actually outscored Zach Thomas and Urlacher last year. Is that cause Ray-Ray was hurt and he moved to MLB, or what? I know he plays strong side which usually isn't the best for fantasy, but he had 9 sacks last year! Is this guy worth drafting over Briggs (cause I have Urlacher)?
