This is an established IDP league with a $100 buy in looking for some new blood. We have been around for 5 years and we're both very competitive and very friendly. We try to model our scoring balance like real football with all positions getting a little more respect than most leagues (except kicker!). With this in mind some IDPs are higher up in terms of total points than most leaguies which relegate them to 2nd class citizens (we had 3 IDPs score in the top ten last year) and QBs are more inline with real football as well - they are rewarded well for excellent performances but punished if they have a terrible game. We start a standard set of offensive players plus 2 DLs, 2 LBs, and 2 DBs. If you're tired of the traditional scoring rubrics where RBs are all that matters (even though they are less and less important in the real game) you should join our league! Prizes include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place plus division winner and most points money.
LeagueSafe is the order of the day with this league. I usually post for owners on ESPN's forums but their server sucks, that is why I only have one post here. I will be happy to provide the emails of our league members for references, because anything involving momney needs to checked out!
