Yes you need to accept. Trading the DE + Weatherspoon for 3.05 and Hodges is a push at worst, and then trading Thomas for a 1st rounder is jackpot. Cash in.

Ok I didn't see that you are also including pick 2.09. I'd still do it but try first to do the deal without your 2.09 and his 3.05. Take those out and see if he will do it.

I'm of the opinion that outside of the ultra elite guys, you should always trade IDP players for picks or guys on offense when offered.

Obviously this depends on league settings and what you are offered, but it's so much easier to get IDP guys off the pile who can come in from nowhere and put up points.
