If Harrington Starts.... (1 Viewer)

If Harrington starts this week, does it mean the Phins rely more on RB than they have or do they continue to just chuck it?

The MIA ground game has been severely mismanaged so far this season, only an average of 17 carries a game for RB (and yes, I own him - shocked, right?). I'm thinking with Harrington in, they try to get the ground game going earlier and more often than usual. Harrington also seems better than C-Pep at checking down to his backs in the passing game. Finally, NE can be run on (15th in the league in giving up yrds/carry at 3.7, although a bunch of that was Tater on Monday night).

I think RB owners would be well served having Harrington under center this weekend.

Joey gets rid of the ball quickly, he will look at RB if the defense is blitzing. SUMARY: Certainly cannot hurt. Although Sabans play calling is EXTREMELY qeustionable in regards to the running game. Harrington will not be able to do anything about that. I would say "Joey" has more mobility than Daunte at this point and would benefit RB owners slightly.

I believe Mularkey calls the plays. Hopefully Saban takes it away from him soon.

Nice correction. My bad. Mularkey's name suits his play calling well.I believe Mularkey calls the plays. Hopefully Saban takes it away from him soon.
