Luckily you're on the right forum.I actually moved Harrison for partly that reason. He's had a number of injuries over the last 2 years, and if he gets his ring, I could see him moving on. It's an outside shot, but the end is coming. Lets say he gets the ring, then the Colts struggle next year. Will he be back again? I doubt it.There are people who follow him and the Colts more closely than I do, however I don't recall hearing any talk from him about wanting to retire soon. This would be 100% speculation unless I've missed something along those lines.
He's 34; doesn't turn 35 until late August. He just had one of the best seasons of his career. Zero chance. He is 35 years old and a ring would cap off his career. Any speculation?
Yeah, he didn't announce it midseason, create a spectacle around himself and guest host "Good Morning Indianapolis".He's 34; doesn't turn 35 until late August. He just had one of the best seasons of his career. Zero chance. He is 35 years old and a ring would cap off his career. Any speculation?
Good point. If he were considering it, he would likely not let it play out publicly like some do.Marvin seems like such a quiet and private guy, I would not be surprised if he left on top. I wouldn't be surprised to see him play a few more years either.

"Although he will turn 35 before the 2007 season begins, Harrison said he is not even thinking about retirement. He wants to keep playing, possibly, like Rice, into his early 40s. If he could use his 95 catches from this season as a predictor of future production, Harrison would surpass Rice in 2012."
