He is 35 years old and a ring would cap off his career. Any speculation?

There are people who follow him and the Colts more closely than I do, however I don't recall hearing any talk from him about wanting to retire soon. This would be 100% speculation unless I've missed something along those lines.

Luckily you're on the right forum.I actually moved Harrison for partly that reason. He's had a number of injuries over the last 2 years, and if he gets his ring, I could see him moving on. It's an outside shot, but the end is coming. Lets say he gets the ring, then the Colts struggle next year. Will he be back again? I doubt it.

The only way I see Harrison playing 2 more productive years, is if they lose sunday, he stays healthy, and they are vying for SBs each year. Otherwise I put him at 0-1 years left if they win.

It's possible but it won't be because he can no longer compete. 95-1366-12 is another great year in his HOF career.

Marvin seems like such a quiet and private guy, I would not be surprised if he left on top. I wouldn't be surprised to see him play a few more years either.

I think that as long as he thinks they can compete for a SB,

he will return. And as long as they have Manning, that will at

least be for the next couple of years.

I have never heard anything about him retiring. I would say there is less a 5% chance he hangs them up after the SB.

Harrison avoids all media attention/interviews like the plague so I have no idea how much this would mean to him, but he's a 90/1200/10 season (a typical Harrison-like season) away from being behind only Rice in career receiving records.

If I had to speculate, I'd say he's coming back, ring or no ring.

My cousin knows him fairly well (good friends in high school, they still talk a few times a month. he invited my cousin to the afc championship game a few years ago..) and hasn't heard him say anything about retirement.

take it for what its worth.

Good point. If he were considering it, he would likely not let it play out publicly like some do.
