If Levine Toilolo starts for the Falcons, what kind of numbers does he (1 Viewer)

I've been thinking about potential buy-low Tight End targets that I could pry away from people when I came across the Falcons. If Tony Gonzalez retires, this guy is #1 on the depth chart. He's 6ft 8 and they used him as a Red Zone option this past year. He caught 11 passes for 55 yard and 2 Touchdowns.

If he is the starter, he'll probably see value on virtue of being on the field in a pass-oriented offense. If Matt Ryan throws for 30 Touchdowns, this guy could definitely catch 6 - 8 of those.

Don't fall into the "high level guy leaves and his replacement puts up the same numbers" trap.

Obviously, any starter has some value so if the bench is deep enough and the cost is low enough then he is probably worth a flyer.

I agree that is value will primarily be in the end zone, but in that offense, he still will be valuable IMO. He's a BIG target.

Immobile red zone threat/blocker. Probably not much more. Wouldn't get my hopes up for a great FF career.

If you want to go cheap upside at TE, you're better off with somebody like David Ausberry or Luke Willson who at least has some mobility.
