If NO drafts D-Brick is Deuce a top 10 RB? (1 Viewer)

I think D-Brick may be the biggest impact player drafted from a FF perspective, and they have a good chance of drafting him.

Brick would help Deuce indirectly by helping Brees. He's not great run blocker, but he'll keep Brees jersey clean.

Not coming off the ACL and also D'Brick is a pass blocking LT and won't be great at run blocking right away. I think he'll get better by 2007 but this is going to be an up and down year for Deuce.

I think Deuce will have a good year like J-Lew did after his ACL. He is a power back so it will not hurt him as much as it did an Edge.

Deuce has been plagued by injuries in each of his pro seasons. Until he proves he can remain healthy, he isn't TOP 10 rb

with brees at QB and brick at oline i'd say duece gets in the end zone enough to finish as a top 10 RB...barely. if brees goes down (or isn't 100% correct in that shoulder) or if the saints select super mario it will be a surprise to see the deuce get loose as a #1 fantasy RB in 2006

Supermario would still help. Improving the defense always helps an RB... think starting field position, and getting the ball back quicker.

I totally agree. I have always said if ##### McSuckister could stay healthy for more than 10 minutes and he had a decent coach and QB, he would be top 5. Well, he has a new coach and a pro bowl caliber QB......all he has to do it stay healthy.........

Except for his two back to back top 10 seasons. I wouldn't draft him top ten, but it wouldn't suprise me in the slightest for him to finish the season there.

Deuce is still coming off an ACL injury

Dbrick is a worse run blocker than Gandy.

I think top 15 would be a lofty goal for McAllister this year. 1500 total yards, 7-10 TDs.

This is the correct answer.Duece does not have the durability of a top 10 fantasy back.

Big difference here. Jamal got hurt in mini camps as where Duece got hurt in I think week 5. That's about 3 or maybe even 4 months difference in recovery time. Rb's big or small need more time to come back from these injuries. Atleast a full year if not 15 months is needed.

Duece has already been a top 10 RB when he was healthy. He ranked as the #6 RB in '02 and the #7 RB in '03. With less than 1 year removed from his ACL injury, I'm thinking a good RB2 this year and back to top 10 next year. It all remains to be seen if he can regain his health from his earlier seasons.
