I couldn't tell you unless I knew the scoring. Depending on how much tackles/sacks are worth it could be one or the other.

Based on scoring you have to keep Houston.

If you're trying to trade one, Houston is the one to trade. I don't see Johnson having hardly any trade value. He'll be more valuable on your bench than what he'll bring in a trade.
