It seems incredible to me. A Miami Beach cop gets his job back, with back pay, after testing positive for cocaine. An arbitrator believed the cop's story - that cocaine got into his system after applying an "erection-enhancing cream". Is this even possible? I don't think a non-union employee would ever get his/her job back after testing positive for cocaine.
There was a legit case of a Peruvian-born bus driver in Miami who tested positive after drinking Coca tea, but I find the cop's story hard to swallow.
