I've got boneless pork chops in my fridge and a bunch of random stuff, but no true marinade. I want to use up some of the stuff in my fridge. Tell me how I should combine them to make a marinade:

Ketchup

BBQ sauce

Worcestershire

Sriracha

Steak Sauce

Montreal Steak Sauce

Soy Sauce

Dijon Mustard

Salsa

Lime Juice

I've also got a pantry full of all of the standard spices.

Hit me.

do you have orange juice and white wine vinegar?

if so google 'puerco pibil' and fudge it on the spices

Combine Ketchup, BBQ sauce,Worcestershire, Sriracha, Steak Sauce, Montreal Steak Sauce, Soy Sauce, Dijon Mustard, Salsa and Lime Juice in a saucepan and bring to a rolling boil. Add all standard spices from the pantry. Reduce heat; simmer covered for 3 hours. Remove from heat. Marinade will thicken upon standing.

2/3 c soy sauce

1/3 c vinegar

1/3 c sugar

2 cloves garlic

1 small onion

1/8 c peanut or vegetable oil

Blend until smooth, marinate overnight.

Although this is intriguing.

Mince a ton of garlic and saute it with a good speak of fish sauce if you have it, or soy if you don't. Put a good sprinkle of sugar and reserve the garlic clumps. Saute the pork in the leftover oil and add the garlic clumps back at the end, long enough to absorb some pork flavor and add some garlic flavor back to the pork. Serve the pork with the garlic clumps (they're crunchy and absolutely delicious if you get the sugar right).

Brine the pork chop in a bowl of salted water tonight.

TOmorrow or the next day or the next day chargrill it

Make a sauce out of your condiments if you want, but it really won;t need it.

1 cup Ketchup

1 cup BBQ sauce

1 cup Worcestershire

1 cup Sriracha

1 cup Steak Sauce

1 cup Montreal Steak Sauce

1 cup Sauce

1 cup Dijon Mustard

1 cup Salsa

1 cup Lime Juice

stir well.

mix in 1/8-1/4 teaspoon of any spice you have

thank me later.
