In a start 2 QB league (1 Viewer)

Seems to me when your starting 20 QB's in a league a guy like McNabb is on par with an LT or Westbrook at RB.

Thoughts on this ??

Yes. In 2 start QB leagues, McNabb, Manning are gold.I used to play in two QB start league. I miss it. Makes drafting a hell of a lot more interestin in my opinion.

I play in a start two QB league and I'd say guys like McNabb & Manning are more valuable than LT & LJ. I know the VBD drafting tools don't say so but I just don't buy it.

What isn't taken into consideration enough is that start 2 QB's puts enormous pressure on QB depth. Even 10 team leagues where a few teams have 4QB starters means some teams will have be forced to start only 1 on bye weeks. And their #2 starters can be very weak.

Throw in the variable of a dynasty league, where QB's playing lives are significantly longer and QB's are even more valuable. Damn, if you drafted Peyton Manning you are basically set for your fantasy lifetime at the QB position.

I have Manning/Vick in a 2 QB league (the #3 and #4 overall players), plus Kitna (#8!) and Brunell (#13) on the bench. A buddy has McNabb (#1) and Alex Smith (down the list, but respectable).

He offered McNabb for Manning/Kitna/Addai a few weeks ago, but I turned him down. Now I'm not so sure that was a smart choice on my part.

start 2qb 12 team keeper.. no doubt qbs are the position most desired.. manning owner wont even entertain offers.

You would be foolish to make that deal.Manning is probably equal to McNabb from here on out.So you basically would be giving him the 8th best QB and a decent RB3/4.

Maybe, but up until now McNabb has averaged 20% more than Manning (Peyton). And I had no use for Kitna.

Actually, in a 2 QB league you need that solid 3rd QB. Too valuable to trade. Plus Addai is just starting to break out. Just last week I saw someone trade their QB depth in my 2QB league only to watch one of their starters go down to injury. THe QB you have no use for is Brunell. If you can get a need position for him trade him to a QB needey team - there is bound to be at least one. Kitna is a good fall back if VIck gets injured (or even Peyton - did you see the bend in two tackle last week).

I play in 2QB leagues, and McNabb is hands down the MVP through Week 7. He's probably the MVP in most 2QB leagues. Not only are his passing stats terrific, but he's scored a lot of points rushing as well.
