Every 4 weeks, the bottom 2 coaches (of 8) will be fired and must take over a spot that isv vacated by promoted coaches from the lower league. Only have two interested right now, we need at least 10 more. I will score the league offline after a draft at nfl.com. Scoring settings are negotiable.
