I have seen Ingram ranked around RB 12 and Benjamin around WR 28.

PPR league

current RBs

Gurley, Mcoy, Ingram and Derrick Henry plus some backups

current WRs

Cobb, Crabtree, Marshall, Hogan, Sharpe, Josh Gordon

thoughts?

Not a believer in Benjamin.  I think you can get a better wr for Ingram.

I would rather have Ingram.  For whatever reason Ingram seems to not carry very high value in trade talks but he has been a very dependable RB.  KB is up and down and you never know when the dropsies will come back.
