Last week was pretty quiet for the likes of Gore, Felix Jones and A Gonzo. The only news that I caught was that A Gonzo was not practicing during the bye week. Is there any early news on their expected availability to practice and play this week?
Based on what I've read - Gonzo won't be ready for the Rams game and probably not the Niners game after that. The soonest I think he could play is against Houston in week 9.

Per Dallas Morning News Felix Jones IS practicing this week, and HOPES to play. I would agree with the 50/50, and honestly hope they don't push him back too quickly, as minor tears that don't heal properly can result in major knee damage. Also I read an interesting article suggesting that biomechanics might be the reason Jones has had the hamstring and PCL injury, and that orthotics could easily solve that problem. M'eh... who knows.
All indications point to Gore playing as he practiced during the byeI seriously doubt Gonzo is ready to go as he still seems a ways away from a full contributionFelix Jones said he HOPES to practice and play this week. I would consider him 50/50.
Good news for Gore.49ers | Gore likely to be full go this week Mon Oct 19, 05:16 PM Matt Barrows, of The Sacramento Bee, reports San Francisco 49ers RB Frank Gore (ankle) appears likely to practice in full this week. He said his ankle injury did not bother him at all last week.
