Someone at work runs an interesting pool for the playoffs, pretty simple to allow even novice fans to play....
Rules are you assign each playoff team a value from 1 to 12 (no duplicates). Each time that team wins, you get that many points. Person with the most points win.
For example, here's my entry:
Indy 12
Phil 11
Balt 10
NOr 9
Atl 8
NE 7
Chic 6
GB 5
Pitt 4
KC 3
Sea 2
NYJ 1
