Simple question, is Martin worth a 1st round pick in trade?  or more?

What are the starting requirements?  How long can you keep Martin?  Is there a penalty for keeping him (lose draft pick, salary cap)?  What is the estimated location of the first rounder (Mid, Early, late)?  Are you in a rebuild or contending for the title this year?

Too many unknowns to answer properly.   In some situations Martin is worth a first rounder.  In other situations he is not.

Since you are in a good position to win this year and definitely need RB help I think I would do that trade.
