Is Eric Johnson available in your league? (1 Viewer)

Picked him up yesterday. Vernon Davis is hurt, EJ had a great game last Sunday. Alex Smith needs a reliable TE. EJ's got the goods.

Anyone else pick him up? Thoughts?

Ditto. I had him when he had 800+ yards, but I didn't draft him this year obviously. I picked him up on WW yesterday since I have H. Miller on Bye.

I bid $126 fantasy bucks and got him this week. We have $1000 fantasy bucks to spend. I lost out on him on the straight WW pickups in my other leagues.

I'm seriously considering dropping McMichael for Johnson ( I also have H. Miller). So far, it looks like McMichael is going to be like Gonzalez last year - staying in to help block for a bad offensive line. I have until tomorrow night to make my decision but I think it's the right move.

If your league goes by recordc, those two thoughts are incongruous.I  Ejohn for the next four weeks.Slap together V.Davis' week three and EJohn's week three and you have a top-notcc elite TE performance. 80-something and a TD from EJohn alone is pretty much top-notch as is.EJohn's always been a great pass catching TE - health is his issue. If he stays healthy till VDavis is back, he should average around 8.5 points a game during that stretch - more in a PPR.
