Is it better or worse to start pass rushing LB's (1 Viewer)

In an IDP league I can start Julian Peterson tonight or G. Hayes on Sunday.

Do LB's like Peterson usually excel in terrible weather conditions or should they be downgraded?

I'm thinking SF may run even more than usual plus Peterson has the potential for a fumble recovery, etc.

Never really looked into it before.

Edit: I know this is an IDP question, but it's more about LB's performance in general during bad weather.

i dont have any evidence to support this but I would expect the sloppier the weather, the sloppier the game. If a pass rushing DB is started in adverse conditions, id think hes having a good chance at some sacks, and fumble recoveries. Tackles as wel since teams would tend to rush.

You could argue the other way as well - changing direction is harder on a wet and/or slippery surface so sacks depending primarily on speed around the corner could easily become whiffs
