Is Mike Peterson Playing Injured? (1 Viewer)

What's going on with M Peterson? Only 2 tackles yesterday. They played the Jets at home you could tell me. Yes, but that did not stop Mr Norton from ranking him no less than LB #1 in week #5.

Peterson's tackles are down quite a bit from last year. I understand the Jaguars defense was not on the field very much yesterday, Peterson is getting a smaller share of the total team tackles than last year, so it seems.

So is he still bothered by his knee injury? How late did he play in the game yesterday since it was a blow out?

According to the blogger he hurt his peck and didn't go back in. No need for him to be out there really with that blow out.

I think his stats are being hurt by the defensive line problems. With Hayward out for the year and Stroud missing games or time they are having to shuffle the line around. This I would think is causing the line to not take up the blockers like they have in the past and as such Peterson has to fight them off more. His knee could still be giving him problems also. I haven't seen his games so take my comments with a grain of salt.
