Now that the draft is 7 rounds does this player still really have the long shot Rudy type image that he had before? Most 7th rounders don't make the official roster, but many are grabbed for the practice squad. I don't know what the percentages are that make the team but it's not as long as the old 12th round pick days.........

Well Martin Nance stands a great chance at making the Buffalo squad IMHO and he was an undrafted FA signing.

I almost think it's better to be undrafted than to be a 7th rounder.

All of the bubble undrafteds will probably get calls from 2-3 teams for a looksee. This will give them a chance to pick the team that gives them the best chance to fit in somewhere..
