Is the Denver DEF the shark move this week? (1 Viewer)

Can you really put these guys in your lineup? Sure they will not give up many points (or, should I say, Oakland won't score many points), but what about other stats?

Other's thoughts?

Well it usually comes down to what your other options are? For me, w/Ari & Mia rostered to get me thru the playoffs this was the best move I could find other than possibley picking up Wash.

I am seeing them like at #7 atm. I believe it will come done to if Denver can get some early scores to pull Oak out of the running game. I havent found alot of news on whether McFadded is running this week but maybe the disgruntled Bush will miss a few blocks just so they don't leave him in there at FB.

Edit: for spelling

I couldn't do it, picked up Buffalo over Denver.
That's a bad move. Thigpen and the Chiefs receiving core will shred the Bills tomorrow. The Bills secondary also has key players missing with injury.
Yeah, I've been reading about the Bills secondary, didn't realize that when I picked them up.Anyone got any thoughts on CLE vs HOU? Got to be worth a couple of turnovers and a shot at Cribbs going all the way. Probably won't get any bonus points for low scores, tho. Maybe DEN is the best answer here, in my case.

The only other option I saw out there is possibly Wash. In one of my leagues we get 5pts for under 200 total yds and start w/10 pts for 0 score so it is possible Denver D may get a decent # of points for a D. Indy is avail but I will grab them starting next week possibly to replace Ari for weeks 14-16 so I can pair Indy w/Mia not sure yet on that though.

Denver's D is so bad I wouldn't consider against anyone. Every part of that defense is bad (if Bailey's out, in which case makes the 2ndary average).

Wouldn't be surprised if Fargas and/or McFadden went over 100 yards.

I can't believe I was dumbed enough to bite and play Denver D/ST. Why oh why did I listen to those FBG's! Zero points, not one sack, one fumble, nada, zilch, nothing! Gave up how many to who, oh yea, Oakland?

I bit on this before even looking at the rankings. They are probably the worst fantasy defense available at this time. Any team that can't manage a sack, fumble recovery or INT against Oakland, especially after miami did well against them, they need to be downgraded to No. 32.

Sad thing is I benched Minn for them and it was more my idea than Dodds. I misjudged Cutler/Marshall in this game more than anything.

Hey... some scoring systems give negative points for some defensive efforts. So you have that going for you, which is nice :(

i might lose now because of it.

i didn't play buff and dropped the cards def for den. of course, i started den.

additionally, i don't blame dodds. he did have emergency root canal :goodposting:
