Our fantasy baseball league is currently in its' playoffs.
This league consists of 8 teams (everyone personally knows each other), and 6 teams make the playoffs.
The issue that has come up is that one owner (we will call him John) took control of another owner's team mid-season (we will call him Bob), as well as continued to control his own team. For the record, no trades between the two teams were made. However, the week that "John" and "Bob" played, John did not control or update Bob's team. This led to John winning 9-0. This would not have been that big of a deal, but because of this John was able to earn the 2nd bye in our league where the 3rd place team otherwise would have earned the bye had John controlled Bob's team for the week they played each other.
To me this seems like collusion, what does everyone else think?

I seriously hope this isn't a money league because that is whack that the commish would allow something like this.
