J.norton's dynasty rankings - very wierd (1 Viewer)

I love FBG and I do consider many of them " knowing " more than the average guy , if nothing else having contacts with NFL people or team people

But Nortons rankings really jump out -

mind you this is Dynasty Rankings and updated within the last week

Brian westbrook ranked #8 !!

Ray rice # 24

What is this ??? Seriously ? Westbrook at #8 ? please how please be reading this John -

When there are huge swings in rankings ( like 20+ ) spot differences - huge ??? Fall on the level of knowledge someonE has

i mean come on after the year slaton had ...most people would indeed rank him 20 + spots ahead of guys like J.charles , Mendenhall, S.Greene

( p.s -- yes i realize this could be a error -- but it does say UPDATED 1/10/2010 --- and this is in the PAID section .. so if it is a error I would strongly advise the rankings being erased )

The rankings have to be from 2009 preseason, and some just keeps updating the date, and not the rankings. Thats the only way you can explain it.

It still should be caught and not just "Carried over." Are they previewed prior to the carry over or is an auto system in place that just carries rankings over per said period of time for those staff members that don't update?

1. its listed in the paid section in DYNASTY RANKINGS

2. i would like to think that 2009 rankings wouldnt somehow " get into " the rankings from this year -- because it does indeed show up in the " rankings from the last 35 days "

errors happen .. BUT if it is indeed a error it has now been pointed out ..

says that he updates his rankings 1/10 / 2010 . so you tell me

and

In your rankings Rice is 24, Westbrook is 8.

While you can easily come to the conclusion that they are last years rankings, when Bloom and your rankings both pop up with those dates, peoples first reaction I would think is that they are in fact accurate.

After the post that pointed me to the RB rankings I saw what you were talking about. It was only running backs. I have no clue how that ever got there to begin with but I removed it. It was obviously no more than a typo so I don't see why such a stink, but thanks for the heads up.

Ah, just figured it out, some incompetent Richard installed molding in my house, and the 1/4 RD molding keeps poping up and clicking 365 days just before I do bringing Norton's rankings up. :insidejoke:
