Strange decision making by Lovie Smith. Kickoff out of bounds gave Bucs the ball at their 40 with 36 seconds left and all their timeouts. A good gain on their first play was wiped out by a five yard penalty. So then they run out the clock instead of trying to get in FG range.

Good for garbage points though. Huge play to Hurns on 4th down. Hurns shakes loose from defenders but gets dragged down at the Bucs 7. TD to Robinson on the next play.
