I need to pick up a kicker for week 8 as the Cowboys have a bye and I only have Nick folk on my roster. Scobee is currently out with a right quad injury. Does Scobee resume full time kicking duties when he gets healthy ?

I have read that from two different sources as well, but it would be nice if it went from speculation to reality and sooner rather than later. I wonder at what point it becomes necessary to IR him from JAX perspective?

It's a "hurt" kicker....who cares. Unless you're in a 32 team league or a 16-teamer where every single kicker is taken (as backups) it shouldn't matter who you grab...

Sort by points scored and Carney is barely a blip. He wasn't kicking week 1, and the Jags have had their bye already.

Points per game is a much better method.

Problem is, it ain't about what they've done. It's what they will do that matters. FF knowledge is required for that.

I, for one, am interested in any and all news on Scobee. Keep it coming.

Bump to see if we can get any info on this. Has anyone heard something beyond speculation about Scobee eventually going on IR?

With the Jags at 5-2, their kicker could have some value in playoff dynasty leagues.
