I get that, but still not a first round value unless you have no belief in your organization's scouting ability. He's already 33 years old, I'm not sure if he can keep up his high level of play after this season.

yep and Palmer is garbage as well. Knapps use of McFadden is unreal. They just had ball on 10 and they stuffed Dmac up the middle yet agaii. Not to mention allowing Palmer the freedom to continally check out of plays and change things at the line is amazing.
