I was very high on him coming into this year and have been surprised at the lack of news on him. I would have thought he would be starting at the start of the year and certainly by now. Any Miami homers have anything on him?

Quite a few people think he'll be moved to corner, but I think he'll get one more year at S to see what happens.

Remember it took Troy P. a while to develop into the player he is today. Allen missed a few weeks of training camp and the preseason so I think after getting a full pre-season under his belt he'll be a producer.

The holdout had a huge effect on holding back Allen's development. Huizenga cited Allen and Ronnie Brown as two reasons he won't stand for draft picks signing late anymore.
