Mike Patterson, swinging around while clutching Eli Manning, had his right knee slam into the side of Kearse's left knee as Kearse, too, was trying to tackle Eli. Kearse was helped off the field placing no weight on the left leg and wincing in obvious pain, and he was then carted into the locker room.

Does anyone have any reports on his status?

Andy Reid doesn not give you much in his press conferences, but at his noon conference today he said that Kearse's injury was "severe" but did not elaborate until further w/u was done. I think he is out for the year. He took a shot right to the knee and was in ALOT of pain. I think he definite;y tore some ligaments

What makes this worse is the injury never happens if the Eagles don't BLOW the ####### game in the 4th qtr and make the game go to OT
