Performance Based Scoring system, non PPR. (will provide full scoring system/League Constitution upon request)
Starting rosters: 1QB, 1RB, 2WR, 1TE, 1K, 1D/ST, 1 Flex (RB, WR or TE)
24 player maximum in-season roster.
30 player maximum off-season roster.

Entry fees are required one full season in advance, and retiring owner's balance is $175 paid of that $200 fee...so new owner will get to play the upcoming 2016 season for only $25 (normally $200, so 88% off). The 2017 entry fee of $200 will also be due upon induction (Total of $225 due upon induction)
