The Dolphins have reportedly signed K Jay Feely to a three-year, $6 million contract. The deal is believed to contain $2.5 million guaranteed.

The Giants will head to training camp with Josh Huston as their starting placekicker and Olindo Mare will be released shortly. Feely led the league in scoring in 2005, then missed just four field-goal tries all last season. His fantasy numbers should only go up in sunny Miami.
