Jerramy Stevens (1 Viewer)

My line of thinking is that Law/Surtain will put the clamps on SEA wr's, plus Wallace will be looking to make quick decisions with the ball when passing.

Of course, based on what Stevens has done to date, this may all be wishful thinking and it is time to troll the WW for a new TE. One would have thought that he would have been more involved last week as they were trailing MIN the whole game. That is where any insight from those who saw the game would be helpful. Was he out in patterns or staying in more to help block?

What say ye?

It's tough to say without any real experience this year from hm or Wallace. However, a good TE is a new QB's best friend and security blanket. And based on the number of WRs the Hawks are likely to put on the field he should benefit from mismatches. Plus Wallace's speed and mobility ought to make bootlegs a staple of his game. On the downside, there is still Jackson and Branch out there as the best targets regardless of who is covering them (witness Jackson's TD against the Rams in TRIPLE coverage).

So, it's very possible he has a good game, but also very possible he does next to nothing. He has the skills and should be fully healthy for the game. But Arrowhead is a tough place to play and Wallace is really an unkown factor. But don't let his "lost" look as many choose to describe him last week fool you. He knows the system well and has great physical ability and with a week of practice under his belt I am fully confident that he will perform well. Man other "rookie" QBs have come in after a year r two on the sidelines and performed well.
