Jerricho Cotchery - ACTIVE (1 Viewer)

I believe the pecking order would be this if Cotch/Coles are out:

- Stuckey

- B. Smith

- D. Clowney

ESPN radio, NY, Jets pregame show... they said "both Coles and Cotchery are expected to play." That's all I have on it so far.

ESPN's John Clayton reported on Sports Center this morning during a segment with Hannah Storm, said that both Coles and Cotchery will be playing today.

I'd go Bowe, easily here, fellas, imho.

I had the choice of Cotch or Matt Jones and went Cotch, but it's close. Good luck this week, fellas!

Seeing how limited he was last week with his one catch, and his limited work all week, I find it hard to believe Cotch will be highly productive today. NYJ offense should be in run mode; any chance he is mostly a decoy today? I am reluctant to use him at WR3...if I had Bowe easily would play him. I'm deciding between guys like Steve Smith NYG or Cotchery...

Man its hard to go against the KC matchup, but after the lack of work this week im gonna have to sit him this week. Knowing my luck he will have a HUGE day.

Cotch is high risk/high reward today, so I think you start him if you have to gamble. If you don't need to gamble today, then start a less risky player.

I'll be starting him in one league where lineup dominator (and others) suggest I'm about 5-10 points behind my opponent and so need the chance of a score (or two). In another league, I should win so I'll go with the safer choice of Kevin Walter. (this is the choice I have in both of these leagues, by the way.)

How about Crotch or Breaston (Boldin is back this week?)I'm leaning towards Crotch but that may be a bad idea.Any thoughts?

Cards will have to throw a lot today, because it's so hard to run against the Panthers. Plus, Boldin may be limited. Still, Breaston is the #3 guy today. With Cotch starting, I'd probably go with him.

Best matchup for Muhammad. Worst matchup for Harrison. Cotch may not be at full strength.

I'd definitely go with Muhammad. Then if I needed to gamble, I'd go with Cotch.

Brotha,

tough for rookie Avery, but St.L. will have to pass a lot today, especially with SJax out. I'd probably go with Avery. (this guarantees a big game for Cotch.)

Any last minute help on Cotchery or Avery?
I'm in the same boat. I'm going with Avery. He has been getting lots of targets and NE's pass D hasn't been stellar. With Tyler "the human turnover" Thigpen starting and LJ out, I think that the Jets will be cruising (and running) by halftime. No reason for them to take a chance with a player returning from injury if the game turns into a blowout.
