Whats his fantasy value the rest of the season? He's probably on many WW's, so is picking him up a shark move?

Update: Porter continues to practice with the Raiders and stands a decent chance to be active for Sunday's game against the Steelers, ESPN's John Clayton reports. Recommendation: If Porter is floating around on your waiver wire, he may be worth a dart in the hopes that coach Art Shell will finally turn him loose now that the trade deadline has passed and the team is stuck with the once-productive wideout.

I'd like to be excited, but given that Moss has taken 7 weeks to shine in this offense I'm thinking we should not put a whole lot into Porter just yet.

I dropped Michael Clayton for him when I heard he has been reinstated. I definitely won't be starting him this week, but I will hold onto him and see what happens. It seems like the team really wanted to get him back. Who knows....maybe he can give this team a much needed boost. Besides, he's a beast.

Just because they activate him doesn't mean that have to play him. I'm not sure wht people think they wanted him back since all they did was lessen his suspension due to pressure from the players association. Porter and Shell still don't get long so while i expect him to be activated, I don't expect him to see the field much, if at all. Curry is healthy now and he'll be the #2 WR there until some fences are mended between Porter and Managment.
