no, no they don't. Not if the ball is uncatchable. With contact like that on an uncatchable ball they make no call. Now if its uncatchable and you just "pop" the guy for fun, you will get a penalty, but not PI

False. This happens a few times each week where someone is well overthrown and they get grabed/held up a little bit before it passes over their heads.
