Just an terrible accident by all reports. Pretty awful story.

Doesn't sound like he was at all at fault in this. Terrible for everybody involved.

Just was reading about this - horrible story all around. I have an aunt who killed a guy on a motorcycle many years ago - it messed her up for a while but long term she managed to overcome. Sad for the family of the man he hit too - just awful.
