He's a perfect choice to turn them around, but I can't see Al choosing a guy he can't control. As far as Randy goes, it doesn't matter. Whoever the new coach is, they'll have to trade him. You can't keep a guy that took a whole season off and get the respect of your players, no matter how good that guy is!

Remember those offensive defensive arguments? I didn't think he put his foot down when he needed to. I can't see his style working in Oakland.
