I know McMichael is 'the guy' for now, but I expected big things from this guy. Any chance of him doing anything this year or next?

Don't you think Linehan might play the young guys though soon with the Rams out of the playoff picture?

I waived him this year on my dynasty team once I found out McMichaels was added to St Louis. Joe Frankenstien looks more like a blocking TE anyway than a downfield threat. Maybe I'm wrong though.

How did everybody view the performance of McMichael in '07? The guy posted 39-429-3 as essentially the only TE to touch the field. For reference, these were the WORST numbers ever posted by McMichael in his 6-year career.
Is McMichael worth $2.9mm in '07? If cut, the Rams would still be on the hook for $1mm of bonuses for '08 and '09, but they would also avoid his $2.9mm and $3.6mm contracts over the next two seasons, respectively. I know the current cap provideds most teams with more breathing room than in the past, but $2mm-$3mm in cap savings cannot be sneazed upon.
