John Brown anyone? (1 Viewer)

9 targets each of the last two weeks - Stanton seems to like him - on paper the matchup seems tougher than it really is. Divisional game as well.

3 deep targets - none connected last week.

Own him, and yes he could, but I can't see starting him over Dez, AJ, and Roddy. I think J Brown is serviceable with a higher than normal ceiling this week.

I've noticed one thing he hasn't been very good on the road for whatever reason.
Agreed. He's Cooks-ish home and away. But I just don't know who Seattle is anymore (even at home) and he just seems like a weird matchup for the bigger, slower Seattle backfield.

I don't have the luxury of the Dez, AJ, Roddy guy, so I'm starting him over Baldwin and Terrance Williams.

If Fitz sits, he's a great start
Yes that would help a lot but I also think quick/fast smaller WR's are more ideally suited to attack Seattle's secondary. They've not faced a lot of good WR's who I think fit that bill this season but here are the one's they did:

Randall Cobb/ 6/58/TD

Desean 5/157/TD

Sanders 11/149

Beckham is a little bigger and maybe not as quick as these group but if you want to say he belongs he went for 7/108. Even Eddie Royal went for 7/69 on them.

Other than that they faced Dallas, Rams, Carolina, Raiders and Chiefs. So teams without a smaller yet quick/fast type WR but a few good ones and I don't think any of WR's in those games went over 100(but I could be wrong). I know they held Dez in check and Quick did little, Benjamin with 94 yards might be the best game a bigger type WR has had on them this season, at least in terms of yardage.

Fitz is likely to sit. How high does he move up the WR rankings?

Top 30?
I think I would rather have Fitz out there drawing coverage although there is no way that Sherman can cover Brown unless he gets up in his face at the LOS.

Think I have to start him considering other options, but check weather if you are thinking about it.... going to be a wet one.

Would you start him over DeAndre Hopkins?

I have been hesitant to start J.Brown all year, but I'm tempted this week with Fitz out.
