So Norwood has impressed in camps from what I've read. If he's the slot WR in the Cleveland offense what sort of upside can he have, especially in dynasty PPR leagues? West Coast offense/Shurmur worked for Amendola.

He's not a rookie. He has been in the league 2 years. He's an Eagles practice squad cast off just like Amendola.
