Judging Week 1 performance of Mike Bell and Cadillac Williams (1 Viewer)

This might be in the wrong forum so my bad.

Anyway do you think the performances of Cadillac Williams in TB or Mike Bell's performance for the Saints something to look at for a waiver wire pickup or a complete fluke and back to normal. Always hard to judge running backs in TB with their 2 or 3 headed monster there.
