Would trading Kittle for juju help my o-4 team?

Depends on what TE you will be using to replace Kittle.

I would not do that based on your current WR's.  Considering the QB situation in Pitt I don't see JuJu cracking your current starting lineup.  In a TE mandatory league having Kittle or one of the other big ones is too valuable to risk losing it.
