Just finished my 1st roto in years (1 Viewer)

So I got into a 5x5 roto league and had the number 1 pick. Most positions are normal except 5OFs, 3 SP, 2 RP and 3 P.I have not done roto in years so I was a little out of my element. Here is how my team finished. I am not thrilled with it but I think I was able to get balance (with the exception of saves), I was actually just offered B Molina and H Street for Posada so I am contemplating that. I know I reached a little on V Mart but he can play 1st base, and Catcher and would not have been there in the next turn. I also reached on Lackey and Verlander but there was a run on Pitchers. In retrospect, I should have gone with Figgins (2nd Base eligible in Yahoo) and Cano.

Because most of the teams have 3-4 closers on their squad. I have the 2 and hoping K Wood can win the job or Broxton takes over (longshot)Shady, Why the yikes. I know it is not the best but I didnt think it was so bad. I am very balanced I think with Avg, SB, RBIs, HRs and Wins, Era and SO

In a standard 12 team league most teams are gonna have 2-3 closers each

C Jorge Posada 6- WAY too early to grab Posada. He went in the 10th in our league1B Víctor Martíne 3- No problem drafting him in the 3rd but then you gotta play him at catcher. Defeats the purpose to play him at 1B. Now you have Posada at C instead of a 1B who could put up better #s

There are some teams that don't have 2 closers and others that have 4. I drafted Berkman in the 2nd to fill my 1st base/OF. I drafted posada with the intention of trading him to a team who had none. Catchers went quick.

Definitely early on Lackey. I said that in OP.
