Guys, I commish a 16-team keeper league on Yahoo. It is entering its' 8th season with some active owners. However, I had a guy drop his ownership this week, and we have 12 days to our keeper deadline. Here are more specifics.

6 teams make playoffs

Start 1 QB 2 RB 3 WR 1 TE 1 PK 1 DEF

We keep 9 and redraft 9 -- redraft on Labor day @ 7 PM Central

$20 entry fee due by draft night

100% payout of league fees -- we even give $5 per week for high score

Team:

QB-

Brees

Kolb

Trent Edwards

TE-

Carlson

Fasano

RB-

Larry Johnson

Tomlinson

Mendenhall

WR-

Jacoby Jones

Donnie Avery

B. Marshall

Panthers

Raiders

You could take this team on a one-year rental or take it permanently. Most of us know each other, but there are 2 other owners we got from forums.

I need to know ASAP if you want this roster....just reply here. If you have questions, please ask. Thanks guys!

**Probably wondering where we got this defense scoring from. In 2004, the average NFL defense gave up 22 points per game. Using that as neutral baseline. we scored points allowed. On Fanball it was easier... 12 PA got you 10 FPs. But Yahoo only allows ranges, so we had to adjust, as hosting on CBS wasn't worth the $.

I realize it's only $20.....but I think I will pass. There's nothing wrong with it at all, I just have never been a fan of negative points for anything, or leagues where you score a crapload of points. I know those are getting tougher and tougher to find, but I come from the days when you played FF that you had to score games from the paper and so all you got points for were TD's and 100 rush/receiving and 300 passing. Leagues where scoring 35 points was GENERALLY enough to win you games. Kind of like the real NFL.
