I think the Jets interchange their safeties. In the gamebooks they are both listed just as safety instead of FS / SS and were all of last season and some of 2006.

Actually, this year, Rhodes may well be more of a FS than the SS/FS position he has been playing. Mangini wants him to make more big plays.... sacks, INT's, etc. He is perhaps the best athlete in the Jets defensive backfield, from an all around speed, tackling, ball pursuit standpoint. Right now, I think his tackle numbers may go down, but should be offset with more big plays. That would mean he'll be less consistant as far as FF scoring, but could have some very big weeks.
