Suprised both went undrafted.

Parham suppose to be a great charactor guy and best suited for ILB in 3-4

Robinson may be somewhat of project, but who isn't late in the draft?

It appears that Parham didn't get an education at UVA. If he had, he'd be smart enough to stay from the cowpukes. :yucky:

Any news on Robinson?

SD got Dobbins but with both Edwards and Godfrey gone next season I'd certainly like to see them pick up another ILB for the developmental sqaud with a lot of upside. He sounds like a perfect fit.

There are also a few CB's that I think may have a chance to make the team if they signed with SD; Anwar Phillips(bad pro day?) and Dee Webb(likes guns?).

Any news on Derek Morris(OT)? Why did that guy go undrafted?

Robinson to Colts.

(posted right above yours... ;) )
Ah thanks for pointing that out.Oh well, there are a few other ILB's that were ranked pretty high that went undrafted. How about;

Havner

Roach

Bray

Opinions on these guys? Should they have been drafted?
Havner - Washington
Ryan O'Halloran, of the Washington Times, reports Washington Redskins LB Spencer Havner (sprained elbow) was injured Sunday evening, Aug. 13, during the team's preseason game.

Melinda Waldrop, of the Daily Press, reports Washington Redskins LB Spencer Havner (eye) was poked in the eye during practice Tuesday, Aug. 1, and taken to the team's ophthalmologist with blurred vision.
Roach - New EnglandThe Times Daily reports undrafted rookie free agent LB Freddie Roach (Alabama) has signed an undisclosed contract with the New England Patriots.

Mike Reiss, of the Boston Globe, reports New England Patriots rookie LB Freddie Roach could see more playing time with LB Tedy Bruschi (wrist) out for the preseason. "We'll see how he plays with tackling and in real live competition," said Patriots head coach Bill Belichick. "Based on the way he played in college, I think that could be a strong point for him. I'm kind of a little hesitant to put that out there right now, until he's actually done it. But based on his play in college, that could be a strong point."
Bray - Miami Associated Press reports the Miami Dolphins have released LB Trent Bray.

I figured someone would be giving Parham a shot by now, but as far as I can tell there's no interest. What a huge mistake leaving school early was for him.

Robinson is back aboard with the Colts. He's really been yanked around. He was released in early August because Indy felt settled at the position and he's not much of a special teams guy. The next day they flew him back across the country because space apparently came available. The next day they officially released him. Then about a week ago, they brought him back again (Keiaho injured). What a circle jerk. My source on this is a pretty sharp ASU fan in a Pac 10 forum, who tells me Robinson is make or break tonight. He's going to run with first and second team specials and get looked at at Mike and Will in the second. He's also been contacted, between Indy stints, by the Rams, Dolphins and Bengals according to a message board poster who has been right about all things ASU in the past.

You had to see him play a lot to understand why I like him so much yet am not at all surprised by how difficult this is for him. He isn't the kind of student who will stand out in practice, but once on the field he's impressive, often dominant. More of a gamer than a practice guy. All instinct and emotion.

I can't think of a good reason why anyone would have him on a fantasy roster right now, but if he ever catches his break and gets into a starting lineup, he'll pile up stats.

I'm probably the only one who cares at this point, but it didn't go well for Robinson tonight. He committed an penalty on special teams and made one tackle on defense, 8 yards down the field. He played most of the 3rd and all of the 4th quarter. Oh well.

Strange. I saw some draft sites pimp Parham as high as #3 ILB. Funny how things work out. But, that said, Ill be surprised if Robinson or Parham dont end up on a roster before its all said and done. Isnt ILB/MLB one of the positions with the highest ratio of injuries/players?

No, you aren't. It's just hard to get info on players like Robinson(defensive stats in preseason games only tell so much) and your input was much appreciated. Keep up the good work.
