It's almost playoff time and I'm preparing for the run (8-1). The owner of Green just let him go and Huard is also available. I would love to stash one away for insurance.

Who do the experts expect to be the QB in KC?

Line up

Mcnabb

Romo

R. Johnson

C. Portis

K. Johnson

D. Norwood

B. Calhoun

C. Perry

T. Owens

R. Brown

L. Coles

D. Clark

Wilkins

Jack D

KC D

as long as they are winning it will be huard

Why did you post your lineup?

I read on the blogger that Green still isn't cleared for contact. My question is once he is medically cleared for contact, does that mean he would be placed into the lineup? I mean, take Huard out of the equation....if Green is cleared medically to participate in contact drills on Monday - would Herm put him on the field that Sunday? Or is he more likely to give him another week of practice with contact before putting him on the field?

No one knows......and It is all I hear about here in KC.....It is to the point that I would almost rather start Croyle just to shut the media up!

Ok, not really, but if you lived in KC, you would feel like I do. There has been ZERO talk about the game this Sunday in MIA, where historically KC stinks. It is all Trent vs. Damon.

Kevin> I know you follow KC closely...what's your opinion?

I am torn on this....not that what I think matters, but as a fan, I have two ways of thinking. As a fan - Stick with Huard as long as we are winning. Which, given the schedule for the next 4 weeks, I think is very possible. If Huard screws up, insert Green. I think the way we are playing, I am expecting nothing less than 11-5. As a man - Give Trent his job back. This has already happened to him once, and he lost his shot @ Super Bowl glory. I am not saying KC will go to the SB, but the way they are playing, I am expecting the playoffs. I was talking to a buddy of mine last night, and I asked the question to him, "Is this just Trent's lot for his career?" Is it just that he is the most unlucky QB of his generation?" My buddy, to my shock, said "Yes, it isn't right...but it may be true."So, you can tell I am torn. In a perfect world, both guys would be class acts no matter what happens. In that "perfect situation", I give Trent the start (when he is ready). If he is not the same player as he was 2002-2005, I would expect Huard to be man enough to step in again.I don't envy Herman Edwards. Whatever he decides, he will get stones thrown at him from several directions. There will be people on here that will not be able to put themselves in his shoes.
