Keep/Trade (1 Viewer)

Keep 5 of the following, trade others

Kamara, Barkley, Tyreek, Nuk, Dobbins, CEH, AJ Dillon, Kittle

Ppr start 2rbs 3wr 1te

Are there any keeper restrictions (salary cap, length able to keep, round lost, etc)?  That plays a factor in an evaluation like this.  Without knowing anything else and assuming you can keep these guys equally here is my rank:

  1. Tyreek (easy keep due to situation and talent)
  2. Barkley (injuries are worrisome but at this point I would still take a chance)
  3. Kamara (somewhat worried about QB situation so he moves ever so slightly below Barkley but they are essentially equal)
  4. Dobbins (just because RB is harder to find and he is in a great situation)
  5. Hopkins (tough choice between Hopkins and Kittle....tomorrow I might have it differently)
  6. Kittle (really a 5A)
  7. CEH (I like him but usage and performance were lacking this year)
  8. Dillon (easily the #8 on this list)

No restrictions on keepers

Thanks for the response. Great stuff!

Kittle a difference maker at must start TE position but hard to lose Dobbins or Hopkins.

Is it time to cash in Kamara to keep Barkley/Dobbins/Hill/Hopkins/Kittle?

I am in agreement with the order that Gally has...  but I would see what I could get for either Barkley, Kamara, or Dobbins...  Knowing that I would have to start a TE, it would be tough for me to let Kittle go, even if the value is a bit less.  I am a bit nervous with Barkley's injury, thus if I get the right price  in trade, I would have no issue  moving him.

I also agree w/how Gally ranked them, but why not make everyone available & see if you get an offer too good to refuse.  Also; do you have to keep 5?  can someone keep 4 & get the 1st pick?  When do you pick?

This probably isnt helpful, but its my answer. This isnt as simple as who should I keep and then cut the rest. All of the players listed are worthy of keeping. Having said that, I would trade the guys that brought me back the best returns.

Interesting turn of events ... DK Metcalf is being shopped and I've been offered him for Claypool and 1.06.

Now I can only keep five players so that doesn't work for me as I have to try and move a blue chip player already as is. What if I offered either:

A) Claypool and Hopkins straight up for DK

or

B) Claypool, Hopkins and Kamara for DK and Jonathan Taylor

I wouldn't do either of those trades.  DK could end up like the DK from the second half when they stubbornly went back to grinding and barely throwing the ball.
